Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase. Preorders (placed while a product is sold out) may take longer, as they are fulfilled once new inventory is sourced and packed. We do not guarantee a specific ship date for preorders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. If you enter a non-eligible address at checkout, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS, selected at our discretion based on package size, weight, and cost efficiency.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is delivered to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged due to a shipping/transit issue (not related to the mystery contents themselves), please contact us at north131overstock@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. This is separate from our Refund Policy regarding dissatisfaction with box contents — see our Refund Policy for details.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery time estimates provided by carriers after shipment are outside of our control and are not guaranteed.
Invalid/Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Address corrections requested after an order has shipped may not be possible.
