No. Our boxes are packed as sourced, with no cherry-picking or customization. That's what keeps every box a genuine surprise rather than a curated selection.

Because contents come from returns, overstock, and unclaimed mail, some items may be open-box, incomplete, or show wear. That's part of the nature of liquidation inventory, and it's disclosed upfront rather than hidden. We're not liable for the condition of items once your order ships, so please use caution when opening.

Some items inside may have real resale value, and plenty of buyers do resell what they find, but we can't guarantee it, and we don't want to oversell that idea. This is a genuine liquidation mystery box, not a curated resale-profit product. Some pulls are great, some are ordinary, and that variability is part of what a real mystery box actually is. If you're buying purely to flip for guaranteed profit, go in with realistic expectations, if you're buying for the fun of not knowing what's inside, that's exactly what this is built for.

A mix of real items pulled from liquidation inventory. Could be small goods, accessories, electronics, home items, or anything else that came through in that restock. We don't publish exact item counts since the mix varies box to box, but each tier's size gives you a sense of scale, please check the product page for dimensions.

Not currently. We ship within the continental United States only. This may expand in the future, but for now, orders outside the continental US can't be fulfilled.

Every box is packed from real liquidation inventory on a rotating mix of unclaimed mail, retailer returns, and overstock merchandise, sourced from wholesale liquidators right here in Michigan. We don't stick to one supplier or one category. What's inside depends on what we've actually sourced that round, which is part of what keeps every box genuinely different.

Yes. Everything sold here is sourced through legitimate liquidation channels, not anything resembling mail theft or unauthorized access. By purchasing, you're agreeing to our full Terms & Conditions, including that contents are a genuine mystery with no guarantee of condition or resale value. You must be 18 or older to order. We collect Michigan sales tax (6%) on all orders as required by law.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Because every box is a genuine mystery, we can't accept returns based on what you did or didn't receive. If you'd like to cancel an order before it ships, that's handled case-by-case and may be subject to a small transaction fee.

Most boxes ship within 3-5 business days of ordering. If you order while a tier is sold out, you're placed on preorder for the next restock. This can take longer (up to 7 business days), so check the product page for current status before ordering if timing matters to you. Once shipped, transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
